Remote Access to Library Resources through Virtual Private Network (VPN)

Users accessing the Library's website from outside the WCMC network will see this message in the top right corner of their browser window.

The Web Virtual Private Network (WebVPN) service is provided by Information Technologies & Services (ITS). WebVPN allows eligible users to access WCMC web resources, such as the Library’s licensed e-journals and e-resources while off campus.

To see if you have access to WebVPN, click on the "Login" link and attempt to login with your CWID and password. If you are unable to login, please contact the ITS Help Desk at 212-746-4878. You may need to have your departmental administrator work with ITS to set up an account.

If you can login to WebVPN successfully, but then cannot access a Library e-journal or e-resource, please contact us at infodesk@med.cornell.edu or phone 212-746-6050.
