This form is for use by registered users of the Weill Cornell Medical Library that have a NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital/Weill Cornell Medical Center identification.

RUSH REQUESTS SHOULD BE SUBMITTED TO THE INTERLIBRARY LOAN DEPARTMENT IN PERSON.

The TripSaver Document Delivery Request form should be utilized by registered users who would like to:

Submit a request for material that is not available in the Weill Cornell Medical Library (WMC).
Take advantage of our timely and convenient TripSaver delivery service. Requests for items available at WMC Library may be filled for a fee of $5.00 per single request. Single request is defined as less than 50 pages. Your request will be processed within 24 hours.

The Weill Cornell Medical Library provides interlibrary loans to support the research, scholarship and professional needs of its faculty, students and staff. Popular reading materials should be requested from your local public library. COPYRIGHT RESTRICTIONS The Copyright Law of the United States (Title 17, U.S. Code) governs the making of photocopies or other reproductions of copyrighted material. Under certain conditions specified in the law, libraries and archives are authorized to furnish a copy or other reproduction.
