Search Request Form


Are you about to embark on a new project and it's time to do the literature review?  Do you want to revisit the literature on an ongoing topic of interest?  Would you like to discover what literature can be found from searching in a different database?

Library Information Services professionals will perform free literature searches for all students, faculty and staff of the NewYork Presbyterian-Weill Cornell Medical Center.  You may fill out a search request form and email it to it to the Information Desk or call 212-746-6055 to submit a request over the phone.  You may also fill the Search Request Form below.
