Computer Room Reservation Form

The Computer Room may be reserved by registered Library users for professional activities. Please submit the form at least two weeks prior to the date for which the room is needed. For urgent requests, contact Education & Outreach Services at (212) 746-6061 or libed@med.cornell.edu. Users must follow the Library's meeting room policy. Beverages in spill-proof containers are welcome. Food is not allowed.
